Cutting Calculator™

Designed to quickly and efficiently find an optimal solution to cut a given set of cut pieces from a set of available stock lengths.

By entering costs and weights for the material being cut, a detailed set of statistics will be generated to show how efficient the pattern is.

The program can be run either by entering exact stock quantities of your available material to ascertain the best method to cut the required pieces from your material on hand, or it can be told to calculate from unlimited quantities of the stock lengths you enter thereby achieving the optimal cutting pattern.

Once the pattern is calculated, calculation options are available that allow a variety of costs and values to be applied, giving an extremely quick and accurate position of total costs, or required selling prices within seconds.
